We just had a major freeze here in San Antonio and when I checked on my camper I had a major water leak. The office referred me to Shane and in very short order he had me fixed up. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all campers and RVs. If I ever have another problem I cannot handle myself I will definitely be getting a hold of Shane!

I couldn't be more happy with the service and professionalism provided. The owner, Shane, helped trouble shoot my problem and resolved my issue quick. Despite being very busy, in the middle of a winter storm, he took the time, afterwards, to give me some guidance with other small issues that may arise in the future....potentially saving me thousands of dollars. I was impressed with the knowledge he provided and the quality of work that was performed. I will recommend his services to friends and family in the future without hesitation.

Shane and Lindsay did our PDI prior to taking delivery of our new 5th wheel. They were able to get us scheduled in the time frame needed, and then made time in their schedule when the dealership had to shift due to not having water because of the Texas winter storm freeze. They were very thorough in their findings inside and outside the rig. They identified several major issues and a number of minor ones that were then given to the dealership to repair. They walked us through the list in person, instructing us not only in what needed to be repaired, but going through the workings of new features we weren't familiar with (with great patience). When we arrived back at our campsite upon taking delivery, we discovered the dealership had not fully repaired the primary issue related to the leveling system. We called Shane in a panic, and he patiently walked us (and our neighbors we enlisted for help) thru how to get the rig at least back to a place that was habitable. He was extraordinarily patient with multiple people talking at him about what was going on. Shane totally deserves a medal, as he took as much time as needed even though we had interrupted his Friday evening! Lindsay also gets a medal for waiting for Shane to finish supporting us! Thanks so much for everything!

We live in AZ and we're interested in purchasing an RV in Texas. I called Lindsay and they rerouted their travels so they could meet my husband at the dealership on the day he planned to be there (a Saturday). She and her husband travel with their family while doing inspections. I asked her lots of questions and she was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We hadn't seen the RV in person yet, so she was flexible in even waiting to find out for sure whether we would still be interested in buying it - all the way until the night before! When we ultimately ended up canceling the purchase, and thus the inspection, she was very understanding and not at all annoyed or frustrated. Then we changed our minds again (how annoying we were!)! They were still willing to come out and do a shorter inspection that morning. They had already planned to leave that day, so they could no longer do the full regular inspection, but they did a modified and still thorough shorter inspection. This gave us peace of mind that we were making a good choice and also some things to ask the dealer to repair first. They noticed everything down to a missing screw. Both Lindsay and her husband are certified NRIVA inspectors and really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them again when we buy a rig in the future. My husband and I travel in an RV and we were fortunate enough to find Shane during the Texas freeze. He has been quick to fix our unit and is priced right. He followed up to make sure they unit had no more leaks. My friends are buying a used rv and they will use him to check the units they are negotiating. We were lucky we found him.
